What data we collect
Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, email, organisation, information about your event and your message.
What we use it for
To reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. We do not use your data for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given in the form, and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take, such as preparing a proposal.
How long we keep it
We keep the data only for as long as needed to reply to your request and follow up on any business relationship that results from it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on personal data. We may use service providers, who process the data only on our behalf and according to our instructions. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also forwards the messages sent through the contact form to our email and protects it against automated submissions (spam).
Your rights
- Access your data and ask for it to be corrected or erased.
- Restrict or object to the processing and ask for data portability.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
